Marc S. Levin - Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary

Marc Levin is senior vice president, general counsel, and secretary of Dana. Levin developed a broad knowledge of Dana by serving in various roles such as Automotive Systems Group business group counsel, division counsel for both on- and off-highway operations, and counsel for the Asia Pacific region. He also was involved in virtually all of the company’s major domestic and international acquisitions and divestitures over the past 15 years.In 2005, he was named deputy general counsel for Dana and, in 2007, was named acting general counsel and acting secretary. He was named to his current role in 2008. Levin earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University (1976) and Juris Doctor degree from Washington University (1979).
