Dana Announces Payment of Dividend on Common Stock

MAUMEE, Ohio, July 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend on its common stock. The Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, payable August 31 to holders of Dana common stock as of August 10.
"We're pleased to continue paying the dividend to common stockholders, which was initiated earlier this year and will be reviewed by Dana's board on a quarterly basis," said Dana President and Chief Executive Officer Roger J.
