Dana Corporation Launches New Automotive Web Site to Better Serve Customers

Toledo, Ohio -- Oct 18, 2004 -- Dana Corporation (NYSE: DCN) announced today the launch of its redesigned automotive Web site, located in the automotive section of www.dana.com. The new site (www.dana.com/automotive) offers expanded content and more intuitive navigation capabilities, enabling users to find Dana automotive product solutions faster.
The Web site follows the Dana “building block” organization, grouping products into five main categories:
Architecture, which features products such as bi-metallic structures, cradles, frames, side rails, and twist beam axles;
Chassis, which includes areas such as fluid lines, steering and suspension components, and Dana’s Rolling Chassis™ module;
Driveline, which features axles, differentials, driveshafts, torque couplings, and power-takeoff units;
Engine, which includes bearings, gaskets, heat shields, fluid lines, seals, rings, and tubes; and
Transmission, featuring coolers, lines, transaxles, and transmissions.
Visitors will find site content organized several different ways with easy access through drop-down menus. Depending on visitors’ needs, they can review all automotive products, systems information, or solutions that address challenges they face in their business.
Alternatively, visitors wanting information on a specific product can do a traditional search. For example, visitors looking for Dana’s Advan TEK® axles can search for “AdvanTEK,” “axle,” “driveline system,” or “traction.”
