Dana Corporation Selected to Supply Composite Cam Covers for Two Jaguar Engines

    TOLEDO, Ohio, March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Corporation (NYSE: DCN)
announced today that its Plumley Division, headquartered in Paris, Tenn., will
supply the cam cover modules for two Jaguar engines.
    The new AJ-V6 and the AJ-V8 engines will be used in the 2000 S-TYPE
Jaguar.  The new business brings Plumley's total composite cam cover engine
applications to 20 and reinforces Dana's position as a global leader in
plastic sealing modules.

thermoplastic materials into the highly engineered modules that Jaguar
selected for its next generation of engines," said Chuck Heine, president of
Dana's Engine Systems Group.
    "With our flexible production lines we are able to combine as many as 10
individual parts, formerly purchased as separate items, into one complete
module and deliver it on a just-in-time basis," added Dwayne Matthews,
