Dana Ontario Facilities Honored for Environmental Excellence

    TOLEDO, Ohio, June 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Corporation (NYSE: DCN)
announced its Long Manufacturing facilities in Cambridge, Mississauga, and
Oakville, Ontario, were awarded Pollution Prevention Pledge Program (P4)
certificates by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment.  The P4 Program
recognizes Ontario companies for their voluntary efforts in pollution
prevention, reduction in toxic emissions and wastes, and the integration of
environmental principles into business decision-making.
    The P4 certificates were given in recognition of the Long Manufacturing's
environmental projects, which focused on the elimination of ozone depleting
substances and dense non-aqueous phase liquids.  These projects achieved
results that exceed Ontario's legislative and regulatory requirements.
    Long Manufacturing is a division of Dana Fluid System Products, one of the
core businesses of Dana's Engine Systems strategic business unit.
