Dana's Perfect Circle Recognized by Ford for 18 Months of Zero Defects

    MUSKEGON, Mich., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Perfect Circle Sealed Power
Division of Dana Corporation (NYSE: DCN) has been awarded a Certificate of
Merit from Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F) for 18 months of zero defects.
Perfect Circle Sealed Power supplies piston rings to Ford's Dearborn, Mich.,
engine plant.
    Over the past year and a half, the Dana division has shipped more than
9.6 million piston rings to the Dearborn plant, with no defects.
