Dana Corporation to Supply Suspension Modules to Transcraft Corporation

    TOLEDO, Ohio, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dana Corporation
(NYSE: DCN) announced today that its Commercial Vehicle Systems operation has
been selected as the standard and preferred suspension supplier for Transcraft
Corporation.  Dana will supply Dana Spicer(R) RF Series air-ride suspensions
for Transcraft's Eagle and Eagle II flatbed combo trailers.
