Dana's Spicer Heavy Axle and Brake Division Selected as Preferred Supplier by Monaco Coach Corporation

    KALAMAZOO, Mich., March 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Corporation's (NYSE: DCN)
Spicer Heavy Axle and Brake Division today announced that it has been selected
as the standard and preferred axle and brake supplier for Monaco Coach
Corporation's (NYSE: MNC) Roadmaster Chassis Division. Dana will be the
primary supplier of steer axles, drive axles, tag axles, and brakes for the
complete line of Class A diesel Monaco and Holiday Rambler motorhomes.

    Spicer Heavy Axle and Brake will supply Dana Spicer(R) E-1000W, E-1200W,
and E-1460W steer axles; S150-S, 19060S, and 21060S drive axles; D22 tag
axles; and ESTM brakes to Monaco Coach's Coburg, Ore., and Elkhart, Ind.,
facilities.
    Components for these Monaco programs will be manufactured at Dana's
Hilliard, Ohio; Henderson, Ky.; Montgomery, Ala.; Humboldt, Tenn.; and Toluca,
Mexico, facilities.
     The Spicer Heavy Axle and Brake Division is part of Dana's Heavy Truck
Group which engineers and produces strategic components, modules, and systems
for the world's on-highway medium- and heavy-truck manufacturers. One of
