Fernando M. Senderos Elected To Dana's Board Of Directors

TOLEDO, Ohio, Oct. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- At its regularly scheduled meeting today, Dana Corporation's (NYSE: DCN) Board of Directors elected Fernando M. Senderos, chairman and CEO of DESC, S.A. de C.V., a member of the board. DESC, with sales of $2.3 billion in 1999, is one of the largest industrial groups in Mexico. "The automotive industry grew almost 10 percent in Mexico last year. Mr. Senderos, who has nearly 25 years of service with DESC, is a director of some of the most prominent companies in Mexico, including Industrias Penoles (mining), Televisa (media), Telefonos de Mexico (telecommunications), Kimberly Clark de Mexico (consumer goods), and Alfa (industrial conglomerate).
