    TOLEDO, Ohio, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Corporation (NYSE: DCN) has
been named one of the "World's 100 Best-Managed Companies" for the third
consecutive year by IndustryWeek magazine.  Dana was recognized for its
emphasis on global growth, technology, and employee education.  The list will
be featured in the August 21 issue.
