Dana's Victor Reinz Division Receives Saturn's 1999 Supplier Quality Achievement Award

    MILWAUKEE, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Corporation's (NYSE: DCN) Victor
Reinz Division has been awarded Saturn's Supplier Quality Achievement Award
for providing Saturn with high standards in quality, delivery, and price.

    Victor Reinz's Milwaukee facility achieved a zero parts per million defect
record, while also maintaining 100 percent on-time delivery.  The Milwaukee
facility supplies intake manifold gaskets, exhaust system gaskets, and
cylinder head gaskets for Saturn engines.
    "This is the second consecutive year that Victor Reinz has received this
prestigious award," said Keith Wilson, vice president and general manager of
the Victor Reinz Division.  "Our Milwaukee facility has achieved this honor as
