Dana Corporation understands the significance of this issue and the importance of studying it," Mike DeBacker, forum co- chairman and Dana Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. "We look to this Forum to provide an ideal setting in which top management and institutional theorists can work together to better understand the issues confronting business leaders today." "In this age of economic globalization and rapid technological change, we need to understand the complex mix of strategic and ethical choices made by corporations, as well as how these choices contribute to changes in the general social, economic, and political environment," Dr. McClennen added.
