    TOLEDO, Ohio, Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Corporation (NYSE: DCN) has
been named one of the "World's 100 Best-Managed Companies" for the second
straight year by Industry Week magazine. Dana was recognized for its emphasis
on global growth, decentralization, and employee education programs.
