Dana Announces Appointment of David P. Trucano to Board of Directors; Fills Seat Vacated by Stephen J. Girsky

TOLEDO, Ohio, July 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- David P. Trucano, a Managing Director of Centerbridge Partners, L.P., has been appointed to the Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN) Board of Directors, Executive Chairman John Devine announced today. Trucano's appointment follows the resignation of former Dana Board member Stephen J. Girsky, who was recently appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of General Motors Company.

Trucano, 38, joined Centerbridge Partners, L.P., a multi-strategy investment firm, in 2007. Immediately prior to joining Centerbridge, he was a Vice President at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he worked in the Special Situations Group within the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities division in both London and New York. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2004, he worked at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin where he advised creditors and companies involved in financial restructuring transactions. Trucano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He will serve on the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee of the Dana Board.
