Dana's Chief Strategy and Procurement Officer Honored as a Leading Woman in North American Auto Industry

MAUMEE, Ohio, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE: DAN) announced today that Jacqueline "Jacqui" Dedo, chief strategy and procurement officer, has been named by Automotive News magazine as one of the "100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry."

The list recognizes women who make decisions that have significant influence on their automotive-related companies.  The award will be presented on Sept. 21.

Dedo joined Dana in 2008 as senior vice president of strategy and business development.  She now serves as chief strategy and procurement officer where she is responsible for leading the development and delivery of Dana's global business plans, as well as leading the company's global supply chain, business development, product marketing, and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Dana, she served as senior vice president of innovation and growth at The Timken Company.  She joined Timken in 2004 as president of the Global Automotive Group.  She has also served in leadership roles at Motorola, Covisint LLC, Robert Bosch Corporation, and Cadillac Motor Car Company.

Dedo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Kettering University in Flint, Mich.  She serves or has served on the boards of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), Kettering University, FISITA, Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), and the Detroit Science Center.

She has been involved in numerous charitable organizations, is a member of the Kettering University Alumni Hall of Fame, and in 2005 also was named among the top 100 women in the automotive industry by Automotive News.
